Ellie Maher hosted an engaging presentation titled “A Cosmic You” during Northland MUFON’s April public meeting on April 25, 2026. A Level III QHHT Practitioner under the mentorship of renowned expert Dolores Cannon, Maher operates Full Circle Soul and Tailwind Tattoo in Fargo, North Dakota. QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, facilitates access to the brain’s Theta wave state—a brainwave frequency range of 4–8 Hz—recognized for fostering deep relaxation, creativity, intuition, and emotional healing, often experienced during light sleep, REM sleep, daydreaming, or meditation.
Maher shared client-derived insights from QHHT sessions, offering thought-provoking revelations:
1. Participants may identify their core life purpose prior to a session.
2. Past-life experiences, perceived as lived or observed, may emerge.
3. Energetic imprints of historical events, regardless of valence, can provide present-day guidance.
4. Souls may reincarnate across diverse life forms, including flora, fauna, or even inanimate objects.

John’s Bio:
He entered the US Army as a private in 1956 and rose through the ranks to sergeant first class, attended OCS, and was a colonel of Infantry in 1988 when he retired. During his varied career, he held many key positions in special operations, intelligence, and research and development.
As part of his official military duties, he became involved in studying psychic phenomena and attempting to understand what the Soviet Union was doing in this area. He learned how to teach psychokinesis, involved professional magicians in the process, and then brought these skills to many high-level officers. His studies also covered remote viewing and extensive work in Neurolinguistic Programming.
While in the military he formed an ad hoc interagency group to study aerial phenomena (UFOs). This is a little known aspect of his work as the group insured no paper trail existed that could be traced by outsiders. Col. Alexander briefed many senior officials on this topic. Until recently he worked part-time for the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), a private research organization dedicated to exploring the UFO topic. His book, UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies, and Realities was released by St. Martin’s Press, February 2012.

Irena’s Bio:
Dr. Irena Scott received her Ph.D. from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in physiology, did post-doctoral research at Cornell University, and has had a professorship at St. Bonaventure University. Her MS was from the University of Nevada, her BS from Ohio State University in astronomy and biology, and she has done research and taught at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the University of Nevada. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) employed her in Ph.D. level (GS-11) research in satellite photography, including its Air Order of Battle section.
Dr. Scott served on the MUFON Board of Directors (1993 to 2000) and is a MUFON consultant in physiology and astronomy as well as a field investigator. As the MUFON Director of Publications, she co-edited eight symposium proceedings. She was a volunteer astronomer at the Ohio State University Radio Observatory “Big Ear” (noted for the WOW SETI signal that might be humanity’s only signal from ETs).

Bob’s Bio:
Robert W. McGwier, Ph.D., known as “Science Bob,” is a research scientist, entrepreneur, and academic leader who loves exploring applied mathematics, signal processing, and wireless systems. He received his Ph.D. from Brown University and spent 30 years at the Institute for Defense Analyses’ Center for Communications Research. From 2011 to 2020, he was the Chief Scientist at the Hume Center at Virginia Tech and taught at the ECE, Mathematics, and Aerospace Engineering departments. He also started Federated Wireless and Hawkeye 360, helped out with GNU Radio and DttSP, guided over 50 graduate students, and won several national intelligence and technical awards. Plus, he’s part of the Visible College and Skywatcher LLC. Robert has teamed up with some interesting people who have had amazing experiences, and he’s been helping them look into these cases scientifically. McGwier is particularly notable in ufology for his pioneering application of Artificial Intelligence to UAP detection, his leadership of the UAP Tracking Network, Inc., and his public disclosure of multiple Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) encounters while conducting classified operations aboard U.S. Navy submarines during his 27-year tenure serving the intelligence community.

Originally from Illinois, Dave Schrader has been a resident of Minnesota since 1988 when he attended Winona State College and fell in love with the beauty and people of this great state. He’s had an active interest in the paranormal since early in his childhood when he was visited by the spirit of his deceased grandmother. Continued activity and experiences has kept this passion alive. He is a contributing writer to TAPS Paramagazine, and co-host of the paranormal radio show, The Darkness On The Edge Of Town.
