“UFO’s and the Full Spectrum Phenomenon”
Meeting Re-Cap:
If you’ve recently become interested in the UFO/UAP phenomenon, you’ve likely noticed that most of the whistleblowers come from the military. Well, prepare to meet Colonel Alexander, one of the original whistleblowers.
Col. Alexander’s military history and personal biography are extensive (as mentioned below). However, he made the decision early on to explore various aspects of the UFO/UAP phenomenon. As an octogenarian, he has had a life filled with fascinating experiences, which he continues to this day. Interestingly, Colonel Alexander was aware of many of the anomalous characteristics of the phenomenon long before the current UFO disclosures.
Col. Alexander’s knowledge extends back to the Project Blue Book and Condon Report era. An intriguing fact about the Condon Report is that Mr. Condon himself did not participate in the study but still concluded that there was no threat from UFOs. This conclusion contradicts the findings of the report itself. Moreover, there were numerous reports that were not documented and could not be obtained through a FOIA request. So, there’s no cover-up, nothing to see here.
Col. Alexander also had the opportunity to witness a UFO while visiting Chris Bledsoe. You can’t have a more reliable witness than Colonel Alexander!

Irena’s Bio:
Dr. Irena Scott received her Ph.D. from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in physiology, did post-doctoral research at Cornell University, and has had a professorship at St. Bonaventure University. Her MS was from the University of Nevada, her BS from Ohio State University in astronomy and biology, and she has done research and taught at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the University of Nevada. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) employed her in Ph.D. level (GS-11) research in satellite photography, including its Air Order of Battle section.
Dr. Scott served on the MUFON Board of Directors (1993 to 2000) and is a MUFON consultant in physiology and astronomy as well as a field investigator. As the MUFON Director of Publications, she co-edited eight symposium proceedings. She was a volunteer astronomer at the Ohio State University Radio Observatory “Big Ear” (noted for the WOW SETI signal that might be humanity’s only signal from ETs).

Michael’s Bio:
Michael Schratt (private pilot/military aerospace historian) has lectured across the country on the unique subject of “Mystery Aircraft”, and classified propulsion systems buried deep within the military industrial complex. A guest speaker at the “OSHKOSH” AirVenture 2006/2007 event, (world’s largest air show), Michael has developed a number of contacts which have had first hand experience dealing classified “black programs”, including former USAF pilots, retired Naval personnel, and aerospace engineers that have maintained a TOP SECRET SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance. In an effort to expose government fraud, waste and abuse, Michael devotes much of his free time researching aerospace technical documents, conducting interviews, and travelling to multiple University archives. As a concerned citizen, it’s his belief that it is our Constitutional obligation to question authority, and demand an accounting of special access programs that bypass congressional oversight and public scrutiny.

Preston’s Bio:
Preston Dennett is the 5th of 6 children. He moved to California from Illinois with his family and was raised in Topanga Canyon, in southern California. He has worked as a carpet cleaner, landscaper, fast-food cook, data-entry clerk, bookkeeper, teacher, lecturer, actor, writer, singer, television consultant, ghost hunter, out-of-body explorer, UFO investigator and more. He has written more than 30 nonfiction books and more than 100 articles about UFOs and the paranormal, and more than 40 speculative fiction stories. In 2018 he won second place in the Writers of The Future Contest (Quarter 1, volume 35). He currently resides on Earth in an undisclosed location surrounded by forest. Bob’s Bio:
Robert W. McGwier, Ph.D., known as “Science Bob,” is a research scientist, entrepreneur, and academic leader who loves exploring applied mathematics, signal processing, and wireless systems. He received his Ph.D. from Brown University and spent 30 years at the Institute for Defense Analyses’ Center for Communications Research. From 2011 to 2020, he was the Chief Scientist at the Hume Center at Virginia Tech and taught at the ECE, Mathematics, and Aerospace Engineering departments. He also started Federated Wireless and Hawkeye 360, helped out with GNU Radio and DttSP, guided over 50 graduate students, and won several national intelligence and technical awards. Plus, he’s part of the Visible College and Skywatcher LLC. Robert has teamed up with some interesting people who have had amazing experiences, and he’s been helping them look into these cases scientifically. McGwier is particularly notable in ufology for his pioneering application of Artificial Intelligence to UAP detection, his leadership of the UAP Tracking Network, Inc., and his public disclosure of multiple Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) encounters while conducting classified operations aboard U.S. Navy submarines during his 27-year tenure serving the intelligence community.

Originally from Illinois, Dave Schrader has been a resident of Minnesota since 1988 when he attended Winona State College and fell in love with the beauty and people of this great state. He’s had an active interest in the paranormal since early in his childhood when he was visited by the spirit of his deceased grandmother. Tim’s Bio:
The Honorable Tim Gallaudet, PhD, Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (ret)
Tim Gallaudet is a career oceanographer and technology consultant. Formerly, he served as the acting Undersecretary and Assistant Secretary of Commerce, acting and Deputy Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and Oceanographer of the Navy. Currently, Gallaudet serves as a strategic advisor and board member for several startups, nonprofits, and research institutions in the ocean, weather, environment, and space sectors. Gallaudet has had a lifelong interest in UAP, but his experience as the Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Observatory gave him a greater appreciation for their scientific validity. He now is a research affiliate for Harvard University’s Galileo Project and an Advisory Board member for Americans for Safe Aerospace, the Disclosure Foundation, and the Sol Foundation. As a member of the White House Ocean Research Advisory Panel, Gallaudet is seeking to elevate the scientific study of undersea and transmedium UAP to a national research priority. He is a fellow at The Explorer’s Club, a distinguished graduate of the University of California, San Diego, and a recipient of the U.S. Coast Guard Distinguished Public Service Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, as well as master’s and doctoral degrees from Scripps Institution of Oceanography. His book about leading NOAA during President Trump’s first term, Holding Fast in Heavy Seas: Leadership For Turbulent Times, will be published on July 7.
