Northland MUFON
Northland MUFON relies on donations from people just like you. We are a Federally recognized 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization, and as such all of your donations are Tax Deductible. We are staffed wholly by volunteers, and are funded directly from the public. We strive to provide quality content both on this website, during our meetings, and on YouTube (Northland MUFON – new video’s will be coming soon). In order for us to continue to do so we need your help. We have set up several categories for you to choose from, if you desire, when donating.
Please use the form below to donate to Northland MUFON. We also accept cash, checks, Money Orders, Zelle, and Venmo.
General Fund – This fund will help Northland MUFON with day to day operations. We can use this fund to pay for our monthly meeting place rental, Zoom meeting fee’s, Website Fee’s, and any other fee’s or charges we incur. We do on occasion will move monies from this fund to cover shortages in other funds.
Presenter Fund – This fund helps us pay for our presenters. Currently we offer a $100 Honorarium to our guest speakers. Although at times we may incur higher expenses with speakers if we are able to get in a highly sought after presenter and we bring this presenter to Minnesota to speak to us.
Symposium Fund – MUFON International requires each state chapter to send representation to the annual MUFON Symposium. This fund is intended to cover (or partially cover) the cost for the State Director to attend. (i.e. Air Fare, Hotel Accommodations, etc.)
Online Meeting Sponsor – This fund is intended solely for the purpose of paying for our monthly meeting fee for Zoom. Currently this costs is $13.50/month
Extraterrestrial Joke of the Month – Be the Sponsor for the “Extraterrestrial Joke of the Month”! ($10.00)
Meeting Room Rental Fund – Our room rental at the Grand Rapids VFW (Northern MN), is free, The Library in Moorhead is free (North Dakota MUFON). Both venues are subject to change. Having money in this fund wil allow us to change venues as needed.
